Help CentreA clerical check of the mark awarded can be carried out on request. This process involves verifying all procedures leading to the issue of the result, including a review of the candidate’s answer script to ensure that the final result accurately reflects the marks awarded by the examiner.
If any mitigating circumstances were submitted, the check will also confirm whether these were appropriately considered.
Please note:
- The clerical check does not include additional feedback on performance.
- Requests must be submitted within four weeks of the result being released.
- The check is free of charge.
