What course content will be assessed?

The entire syllabus is examinable and assessment questions may be set on material contained in any of the course materials provided to you.

 

Assessment questions will not be set on a law that is less than six months old. You will not be penalised for basing your answer on a law that is out of date if it is presented as the current position in the course material. Equally, you will not be penalised for referring to new legislation not covered in the course material in your assessment answers.
